Happy 4th!

Normally we would spend the 4th at my parents' place, but this year we decided to stick around home. We got to go to the local parade, watch some fireworks and spend some time with some new friends and some old friends that just moved back into the area after two years. We even worked on the basement floor a little!

Below seemed to put into picture our latest challenge with the girls. Personal space. Bella so wants to play with her little sister, but Lucy is just not quite into the social scene like Bella wants her to be. We're also still working on some jealousy issues like taking away toys, biting, etc... It will get better, it already has, but still has a ways to go!


Lucy has come a long way in a short time with her walking! If she wants to get away from it all, she'll just have to run and hide! This video was taken on Saturday, July 5.
