Spring

We had a pretty decent weekend here weather-wise, so Carlo & I decided to put up the tire swing extension on the swing set.  And we actually got it done!  And the girls love swinging on it!  I thought Lucy might be too small for it yet, but she holds on and loves all the spinning.  We had to make a trip to the brand new Menards which turned out to be the highlight of the weekend. It was huge!  It is 2 stories with these huge escalators and elevators that you can take the carts on. Bella loved those.  They even had a play area for the kids. 

Abby was on spring break so we made her some cookies to take back and visited for a little.  She was fish-sitting, so besides feeding the bunnies and giving a treat to Theo, they got to check out the fish too.

Bella was a little overwhelmed by all the people there.  She didn't want to be without me and when we got home she said she was scared of all the grown ups there :)  She can be so shy in new situations.  

And last, sometimes you just need some alone time with your bankie and the invisible nuk.  (she's always sucking when she holds her blanket)

Oh, and Bella told me the other day that she had pine cones at daycare for lunch.  Took me a minute to figure out she meant pineapple!
